Let us take the first steps together, on your journey of self - discovery
Supporting your journey: Counselling in Cleethorpes, Louth and Online.
Welcome to my counselling practice. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or just not yourself lately. This could be due to a specific life event, or simply the weight of day to day life.

Sometimes our thoughts become so overwhelming that we function just enough to get through the day. Are you feeling stuck, lost, or unable to cope? Maybe to the outside world you look completely content, but on the inside you are struggling. Are you ready to open up and voice your real feelings in a safe, contained environment?

Counselling starts a journey of growth and self awareness, enabling you to find your own answers and find your own way forward.

As an integrative counsellor, I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space. I provide flexible in person sessions in Cleethorpes and Louth, as well as secure online therapy nationwide. By drawing from different models, I tailor every session to your unique, individual needs.

Counselling sessions
Counselling sessions take place face to face or online, lasting 60 minutes.
-
Cleethorpes Office: My counselling room is based within Cleethorpes Business centre. There is plenty of parking and toilet facilities available. Within the reception area there is a sofa for you to sit on while you wait. I will meet you from the main reception and we will enter the room together. I will provide a bottle of water, however you are welcome to bring your own drink.

-
Louth Office: I also work from a convenient Louth location that features dedicated parking and toilet facilities.
I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone appointment. This brief call enables us to talk through the practical details of counselling, answer any questions we may have, and to see if we are a good fit. There is absolutely no pressure to book a full session afterward.
Counselling Services
Counselling sessions provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I offer counselling to individuals aged 18 and older, tailoring our time together to meet you where you are.

About me
My path to becoming a counsellor began with a Level 2 in counselling skills, followed by achieving a First-Class BA (Hons) degree in Counselling Studies. Through this training, I developed an empathetic, person-centred foundation.

Currently, I am in my second year of studying for a Master's in Contemporary Relational Studies. This advanced training enables me to weave systemic (relationship) and psychodynamic perspectives into my practice. Moving my work into relational therapy, a transition I find both personally and professionally rewarding.

What this means for our work together is that while you always lead our sessions, I use curiosity to help us look at patterns from fresh angles. At times I may be more interactive, offering gentle reflections, interventions or tasks to help us explore deeper. However, these interventions are offered and you choose what feels helpful for you.

To ensure I work ethically I am Accredited Registrant member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. For further information on my ethical framework please see https://ncps.com/about-us/code-of-ethics. I also seek regular supervision, have insurance, and a current DBS.
